That is completely depends on system to system.
Since in each frame the image is going to knn algorithm and it finds the distance with all the dimensions of all the images, so it becomes quite slow while calculating the distancing, therefore affecting in the video stream. One alternative is to use some other algorithm rather than knn that would work fine.
