sir, some test case is showing successful but two test case showing wrong answer.
in which case my answer is wrong ?

if the left most digit is 9 then keep it as it is otherwise u will get leading zero in output

but sir why we keep it as it is. if we can make it zero or remove zero . then that will be smallest number. also i do as you say but it still not working. what i can do now ? here is my code >>>https://ide.codingblocks.com/s/476124

they want same number of digit without leading 0. if u remove 0 then number of digits will get reduced
