Just intialize ur array with a size
Like a[100000] not a[a]

Actually u r intializing array at run time so it may or may reserve the required memory

Or either u can intialize array dynamically

checked for the that case too you asked ans is yes still getting wrong answer in 9 th test case

but for the test case ans is no
question asked for strictly increasing and strictly decreasing
that means 1 2 3 or 5 4 3
not same one 2 2 2 or 5 5 4 these are not strictly and decreasing respectively
