Try to formulate P in terms of N and its number of divisors ,lets say m.
Use this formula to find number of divisors :-
If N= (p1^a)(p2^b) where p1 and p2 are prime numbers, then number of divisors of N equal to (a+1)(b+1), if you consider 1 to be a divisor.
