Shows wrong-answer for Recursion-Subsequences

My code is correct and output is also correct. but at the time of submission, all the test cases show the wrong-answer.
please in what manner, the answer should be printed?
Output Format ; Display the total no. of subsequences and also print all the subsequences in a space-separated manner.
but your Sample Output is not according to the Output format, i.e.
d c cd b bd bc bcd a ad ac acd ab abd abc abcd

Output format says print the number first and then the subsequences later. Try that
