Hello Rahul after degugging your code the first loop of rotate function gives o/p as
4 3 2 1 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16
and the second loop returns
4 5 9 13 3 6 10 14 2 7 11 15 1 8 12 16
seems there is a problem with the logic part ill help you with this try taking a transpose of the matrix and then reverse the columns of matrix. It would work.
