Regarding importing tensorflow

i tried a lot but still getting error while importing tensorflow

can you let me know :

1. Output of command

pip install protobuf
pip install --upgrade protobuf

2. Tensorflow version you are working on.
3. Python version
4. Are you working on windows or Mac
