How to compare two arrays with negative values?
They should be compared as whole or by each element?
If whole the what should be done if there are more than one negative number?

I don’t think the value of the elements matter, e.g a[i]<a[j], here it does not matter what is the sign of a[i] or a[j].
I think comparison of corresponding elements would be suffice.
