Que not marked as completed

i downloaded the test cases of this question and now after solving it it is not marked as completed. is it because i downloaded the testcases?

When you unlock the test cases or editorial then you dont get points on submitting that question.

Yes it will be marked as complete but you wont get any points.

but in my case it is not being marked as complete. Its still shown in red
