PROBLEM WITH THE COMPILER

I am getting correct output in all test cases however when i submit the code they still give errors. Please tell me why?

In output print only those things that are asked.
you r printing some lines that is not asked and because of that u are getting WA.
check sample output and modify ur code accordingly.

I did incorporate the suggestions however am still getting the same error!
