Problem in inc dec sequence

I don’t why 4 of my test cases are getting failed, I tried all the possible combinations my code is performing well in ide but not here,please help me out

You are only supposed to print True or False as an output , but you are printing element not found when it is false

Also i dont think there is any significance of the variable point in your elif loop inside the for loop
