Problem in creating a Big Prime Sieve

I am facing problem in creating a sieve of order 10^6 (my program stopped and do not run) while I can create sieve up to 10^5 without any issue.

This code runs on coding blocks tle but is not running on code blocks (Code blocks says program has stopped).

code is correct

always consider answer of online ide as correct

Code Blocks gives you wrong ans
then there should be problem with code blocks
