According to problem we have to find number of countries which has 2 divisor.
Input is 1, 10
How is output 4?
doest it take 4,6,8,10?
4 has 2 divisor 2,4
6 has 3 divisor 2,3,6 itself
but we have to count only 2 divisor.
Can someone please explain the sample input and output ?

Hey Lakshay, a prime no. is the number having 2 divisors, first is 1 and second is that no. itself. So from 1 to 10 there are 4 prime no.s 2,3,5,7.
