Hey @danyalkhan8271 By circular sum we meant that after reaching the end of array you can again start from the beginning of the array and check if doing that gives us maximum sum or not.
now coming to example :

8 -8 9 -9 10 -11 12
if we just need to find the maximum sum(not circular) then answer would have been 12(single element)but since in this question we are given circular condition therefore after encountering last element we can again check from the beginning if that can give us maximum sum including the last elements. So after doing this we came to know that if we include 12 and first 5 elements of array we will be getting sum = 22 which is greater than 12 therefore we gave the answer 22.
