Playing with Bits: Wrong answer Testcase 1 0 correct

I tried the playing with Bits problem given in algo++ bitwise section, can’t find out why I can not submit this solution, here is the link to my solution, What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

I saw my hackerblocks profile, there it shows I had correct submission and full score, this might be a technical error,

here it is showing correct submission
