It is mentioned in question that
“also print the maximum strength that he can gather in the park in a new line.”
So here it equal strength=13 at beginning of 2nd line, you can find it by simply doing a dry run as per the given conditions in question.
tried dry running-

initial strength=20 and k=5, which i guess is min strength or what is it?
