Passing values during rerooting

i couldn’t understand passing values during rerooting. at 19:58 time, apaar bhaiya has written 16+2+5, is it 17+2+5 or i m not getting it. because the value that is coming from up is 17 not 16.

Yes, it’s 17+2+5. There’s a typo. I’ve informed apaar bhiaya about the same.
