Pairing Problem

https://ide.codingblocks.com/s/76380 this code is passing all test cases except one which is giving TLE.
I modifies the code to https://ide.codingblocks.com/s/76381 but now 1 test case is passing, 3 WA and 2 TLE.
Can you please point out the error in each of the above two ?
