Numpy quiz question 9 answer seems to be wrong

to horizontally concat 1 matrix we need to do either hstack or concat(axis=1)

But answer shows concat(axis=0) and hstack as correct answer

Please correct it or correct me if I am looking at answer wrong way

yes you are correct, there is a problem in quiz , your answer is absolutely correct.
We have asked the mentor to get it corrected , but then too i would request you to kindly ask your mentor to get it corrected.
