As for this current approach , make change in Line No. 12

n=n*10+int(s[l]-'0');

However you will notice that your numbers are reversed of what they should be . This is a problem with your approach. Dry run a small testcase and you will find your mistake. Your are picking the wrong character from string at each instance.
