Please elaborate the test case.
As far as I understand, each tile covers whole of the breadth in that row.
The only thing we should be concerned is how to arrange these tiles to fill the length.
And according to this , shouldn’t the answer be n! ?

Hi @ajain4871,see in this question either you can make make the tiles to be placed as 1Xm or mX1,if the size is say 1X2 then you can only put one but if it is of 2X2 say then you can put 4 tiles 2 of 1X2 and 2 of 2X1,so think in that way.
