Not getting a TICK even after solving and submitting successfully

i have completed 2 practice problems and i have submitted it and all test cases have been passed still there is no TICK of completion and it is showing only 1 of 10 contents completed.

We have sorted the issue, Hard refresh the page using ctrl+shift+R.
