between a n b u have to find the count of numbers
who has 2 divisors
e.g 1 to 10
no. divisors
1-1
2- 1,2
3-1,3
4- 1,2,4
5-1,5
6-1,2,3,6
7-1,7
8-1,2,4,8
9-1,3,9
10-1,2,5,10
so output is 4(2,3,5,7)
