Not able to understand the output?

I am not able to understand what o/p we have to print ??
Why there are zeros in line 4 and 6 in sample test case given ??

@namandubey20 hey Naman this question is very easy you have print 1 on j==1 and i==j.
else you have to print whether the I value is even or odd if is the value of even you have to print 0 otherwise print 1.
