I am Not able to Understand Graphs. Should I do DP first or do from some else source.

no ,u can do graph without knowing dp.
try to watch videos again , implement each algorithm on ur own after watching each videos.

also u can check hackerearth graph section , there they have explained almost all the graph algorithms.
