in this problem u will be given an array and u need to print numerically next permutation.

for example
if array is 1 2 3
then possible 1 3 2 is permuation that comes next after 1 2 3.

if array is 3 2 1
then next permuation is not possible i,e ( we cannot form number greater than 321 )
so in that case we need to print smallest permuation 1 2 3 (smallest)
