Hi as its a challenge i can’t share much. Its an exercise after all. But i can give you some insight.
First of all you have to see the coordinates of nose and eyes by using the respective haarcascade classifier xml files. Then read the goggles and moustache image and try to place them over the actual image at the coordinate calculated by your classifier! While placing or adding goggle’s or moustache’s image pixels over the original image make sure that no value exceeds 255. You can use a check for that.
