–many mistake are thre in code… in issafe function your are not taking care of range of i and j (0<=i ,j<n)
–in nkighnt function your function is printing the matrix whenever your are reaching end of columnn. You should print your Matrix when you cover all your matrix…understand the topic watch videos then again code from starting.
