My code is giving results but not passing test cases

In this Form_Biggest_Number question, I have used a approach in same manner where I first rearranged the array and then at last printed them. I tried printing it both as string as well as long/int now but still it is not passing test cases. When I am running for whatever inputs on my system it is giving the desired result. Kindly help. I have made functions for every purpose, so feel free to ask which one of the function does what. But I need to know why I am not passing the test cases.?

Yes. I used a different logic and passed. But I still want to know the issue in this one.
