That depends on the type of project you want to work on.
If you want to work on game development then you can learn unreal game engine, that use c++ as the language for development. If you are interested in operating systems and compiler design then also you can use C++ for their implementation. Also, you can implement simple game like 2048 in pure C++ without using any 3rd party library/framework.
A lot things can be done, it all comes down to your interest.
