IF ALL THE NUMBERS ARE NEGATIVE IN AN ARRAY?
HOW DO WE CALCULATE THE MAXIMUM SUM OF AN SUBARRAY?

then it will be zero
for empty subarray

and this case will be already consider in kadane’s algorithm
