You are being provided the centers and radii or the circles , not their starting and ending points.
Use the center and radius to find the starting and ending points of the circles , sort the vector of pairs according to the ending points and then do the remaining part.

We will be choosing three circles ,

  1. Center at 1 , Radius = 2
  2. Center at 4 , Radius = 1
  3. Center at 100 , Radius = 2

If we pick any other circle , they would start overlapping which would give us wrong output.
