You need to find the maximum length of sub part of array in which starting elements are increasing order and then decreasing.
Like
This is a biotonic subArray:
1,2 ,4 ,5 ,6 ,3 , 2
as elements are increasing from 1 to 6 and then decreasing from 6 to 2

So if array is 1 , 2 ,4 ,3 ,3 , 9 , 6 ,7 ,6
Biotonic Subarray are :
1 -----> 1,2,4,3,3
2 -----> 2,4,3,3
3 -----> 4,3,3
4 -----> 3,3,9,6
5 -----> 3,3,9,6
6 -----> 9,6
7 -----> 6,7,6
8 -----> 7,6
9 -----> 6
