Based on cyclic permutation. Assume m1,w1 as one unit mw. Now total ways people can sit in circle is 6!. Since m1,w1 can be in 2 ways in mw so multiply 2. 26!. These are total ways in which m1,w1 sit together. Now total ways people could have been arranged is 7!. So total - not possible is possible. So ans is 7! - 26! = 5*6!
