Lower bound of 40 is 5?

from the video, lower_bound of 41 is 5. lower_bound of 40 is 2.

lower_bound of 40 points to 2 because it is the first appearance of 40.

and upper bound of 40 points to 5 because it will point to element just greater than 40 i.e 5th element.

lower_bound of 41 points to 5 because 41 is not present in the array therefore it will point to element just greater than 41 i.e 5th element.
