Logistic regression data preparation

In the logistic regression data preparation lecture, I don’t understand mean1,cov1 and multivariate normal part. How are they initialized?

u will have to first understand each term and their application then rewatch the lecture u will be able to undertsand it.

just google it as it is fairly simple concept most sources are very similar so any source will do.or see youtube
video explaining these concepts.
