i am unable to change the theme of my jupyter notebook
Jupyter themes changing
Use Control+C, to first reset the command prompt
Then try rerunning the jupyter notebook command, once done try to access the weblinks
they should look something like this
http://127.0.0.1:<port_number> or
http://localhost:<port_number>
