Any Good project will give you an edge over ur peers.It shows you are self-motivated to take and complete projects on ur own. And if its in the same domain as that of which company is looking for then they will surely prefer u .
My suggestion is stick to one domain rather than making projects of multiple domain.
Once u are sure what u want to do then search regarding its project on Google or check the projects in Coding Block courses of that course
