Invalid HAAR feature

I tried both eyes and node haar classifier files but to they both are giving same errors

python 3.8 and opencv 4.3.0

In this case ,
first lower your python version to either 3.7 or 3.8 and install opencv version 3.4.12.
They are more comaptible.
