You are given an array of n numbers (s1 - sn). Now you have to find an element si from the array such that the sequence s1 to si is strictly decreasing and the sequence from si+1 to sn is is strictly increasing.

Lets say the array given to us is -
5 4 3 1 8 9 10
So here we have 7 elements. The answer for this is true because the sequence 5 4 3 1 is strictly decreasing and the sequence 8 9 10 is strictly increasing. Here the si element is 1.
