I am not sure i understood the question here since the example input and output dont seem to make sense to me can someone explain?

you have to choose a point i such that 0 to i is
strictly dec and i+1 to n-1 strictly inc.
in example such a point is i=0 other example
4 3 2 1 1 2 3 where i = 3 @aryamaan1011
