Image printing in jupyter

Sir ,when I am trying to print the final image of Instagram challenge then it has all zeros .
why it is so and ple do help me to convert the image into a .csv file.

Thanks a lot sir but now it is working with 95% accuracy as I did not provide border to the centre image .
Just wanted to know do we also have snapchat challenge to finsih .
