I’m not getting exact patten, I got 9 rows but not get 9 column ,where is fault in my code?

Thanks, I understand this but your approach is different (better) than what I do, Can you please tell me how to approach to this type pattern problem like suggest some video. I never Did programming before so I am lacking in Pattern problem even after watching Video (from YouTube and Launchpad)
