first we have a firrst recursive call in which(in,out,i+1,j+1)without it is going on base case we came down on next rrecursive call how thhis is possible .that we are on first recursive call and without going on its basecase we cam on next line and start exexcuting next recursive call whic is subsequence (in,out,i+1,j) plzz elaborate it

all recusive call goes to it base case and then only line after that call will be executed.
