you are provided with a sequence , now you need to tell that ,
can this sequence be split in 2 sub sequences such that the first sequence is decreasing and the other one is increasing.

here there can be two sequences [5 1] and [2 3 4 5] , in this way the first one is decreasing and the other one is increasing .
