Hey Aditya, in this problem

  • There is a city having n number of rickshaws and m number of cabs.
  • Then it is given that how many times Ramu is going to take rickshaws and cabs.
  • There are 4 type of tickets as given in the problem that he can use and each ticket’s cost is given.
  • Now you have to find the minimum cost that he will have to spend on the tickets.

Input:

  • The first line contains four integers the costs of the tickets and these costs can very between 1 and 1000.
  • The second line contains two integers n and m the number of rickshaws and cabs Ramu is going to use. value of n and m can very between 1 and 1000.
  • The third line contains n integers which can very between 1 and 1000. These are the number of times Ramu is going to use the rickshaw number i.
  • The fourth line contains m integers which can very between 1 and 1000. These are the number of times Ramu is going to use the cab number i.

At last in output you have to print the minimum cost that he will have to spend on the tickets.
