How to upload output

i uploaded the csv output file as specefied in format
but its still giving x (cross mark). how do i know if its correct or not?

Hey Sanchit,
Please make sure that the format (heading of the columns, including proper case sensitivity) of your .csv submission file matches exactly as that of the ‘x_test.csv’.
