Just as the tile says, How do I Practice these concepts I’ve learned? Is there a website that gives me topic wise questions with increasing complexity just like HackerBlocks has for Algo but instead I need a website for Machine Learning.

there is no one site to follow in ML like competetive coding, Kaggle and AnalyticsVidhya are good informative sites
