How to check using both arrays

I am doing using hashing but if the element is present 2 times in first array and 3 times in second array then also my program is displaying that number as output which is wrong

no that is not wrong,
such number should also be there in ur output.
if a number is present 2 times in first array and 3 times in second array then it should come twice in ur output.
