I created scrapy project using python command !scrapy startproject myfirstproject. But spiders folder have only this file named ‘init.py’. Also tell me which file I shall open so that I get similar format as shown in this video, precisely the left window panel in which prateek bhai is navigating and working on by selecting file quotes_spider.py. As prateek bhai has not demonstrated in this video from scratch how he opened the file in which he is working, he straight away opened a window from start menu tab.

Hey @pasta, bhayia has used sublime text editor. Install “sublime text 3” in your system.
After installation, open sublime, click on File->Open Folder, now select the folder myfirstproject and click on open. You will have similar view as in mentor’s pc.
Yes you are right there is only file named ‘init.py’. Actually you need to create a new file, File->New File, and than save it in required folder with the required name.
